Courses
For paid self-paced courses, refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before more than 20% of course lessons are completed. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where supported.
Non-refundable items
Completed courses, issued certificates, downloaded digital products, consumed consultation time and customised professional work are normally non-refundable except where required by law.
Consulting engagements
Cancellation and refund terms for consulting are defined in the engagement proposal or agreement. Work already performed and committed third-party costs remain payable.
